Money Mastery for Life (MMFL) introduces people to the Money Mastery principles and our very own credit restoration system, two programs designed to instruct individuals.
For ongoing subscription fees, you will gain full access to information about many opportunities with internet search engines and how to market thereon. The program is designed to help people put systems in place to increase their wealth over time. The combined programs will help you increase your income and develop strategies for long term wealth, debt reduction, and retirement. With the addition of our Credit Restoration program we provide strategies to remove many of the negatives from your personal credit report. You will also receive 3 individual coaching sessions to assist you in jump starting your MMFL business and assist you with your product knowledge and usage.
As more fully described below, following your 3-day introductory period to MMFL, you'll be charged a $2.95 activation fee and the monthly subscription fee of $89.95 for the first month and your 3 individual coaching sessions. You will then be billed $59.95 each month thereafter. You'll have 3 days from your initial signup date to access and use the system. During your introductory period a representative from our company will contact you to schedule your first of three coaching session. After your initial introductory period, your subscription will automatically renew approximately every 30 days from the date you became an affiliate. You can cancel any time after the introductory period, in which case you won't be refunded that particular month's subscription charge, but you will have member access through the end of the month, and you will not be billed again. All use of the membership sites is password protected and logged. Due to the nature of digital products, once you have logged into the site, there will be no refunds granted for the current month's use.

Access to particular areas of our website is restricted. At our discretion we reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or our entire website.
Should we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you access to restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that your user ID and password is kept confidential.
At our discretion we may disable your user ID and password without notice or justification.
5. User generated content
In these terms and conditions, “your user content” is to be interpreted without limitation as being material including text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose.
You permit to us a global, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also permit to us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe upon any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to a legal action whether against you or us or a third party under any applicable law in each case.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our website.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website (excluding user content) is correct, we do not guarantee its correctness or completeness; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.
We exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of a satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill.
7. Terms & Conditions of the Independent Affiliate Agreement
A. I am of legal age in the state in which I entered this Agreement with Money Mastery for Life, (hereinafter called “Money Mastery for Life”)
B. I understand and agree that I am an independent contractor not subject to the control of Money Mastery for Life in my Affiliate activities and am solely responsible for determining my own business activities and time spent and not an agent, employee or legal representative of the Company. I will not represent in any manner that I am an agent, employee, or regulatory or taxing agency. If a California resident I will remit applicable sales taxes with each literature and sales aids order.
C. As an Affiliate I will: (a) Represent Money Mastery for Life products in a sincere and honest manner and will honor the Money Mastery for Life customer guarantee, (b) Be professional, courteous, and considerate, (c) Help those in my organization to be successful by providing training and motivation, (d) Represent the Money Mastery for Life Compensation Plan as prescribed by Money Mastery for Life official literature, (e) Become familiar with and utilize sales techniques, Money Mastery for Life Compensation Plan and Statement of Policies, and other materials prescribed by Money Mastery for Life, (f) Study the product literature.
D. I understand that I am responsible for managing and supporting Affiliates I sponsor into the program. I agree to maintain consistent communication and support those Affiliates in my commissionable organization by way of any of the following, or combination thereof. Personal contact, telephone communication, written communication and attendance at meetings.
E. I understand that my contract can be inherited or bequeathed, but cannot be transferred or assigned during my lifetime without written consent of the Company which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
F. I understand that in order to maintain a viable Marketing Program and to comply with changes in federal, state, or local laws or economic condition, Money Mastery for Life may provide Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations for Affiliate from time to time, as well as modify it’s Compensation Plan and customer services and charges. Such Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations and Compensation Plan modifications and customer services and charges, and all changes thereto, shall upon notice to Affiliate become a binding part of this Agreement.
G. I understand and agree that the Independent Money Mastery for Life Businesses cannot be sold, assigned or transferred without prior written approval from Money Mastery for Life.
H. I understand that a Refund may be requested any time during the first 30 days of my membership and 100% of my monthly fee will be refunded. Following the first 30 days as an active Affiliate, I may cancel my membership at any time but I may not receive a refund on any prior membership period. My membership will be canceled and I will not be billed any further fees, however, no refund will be provided. The Company will honor refund policies provided by any state or federal law applicable to Affiliate (New Mexico-One Year, Georgia-no time limitation).
I. I agree and understand that as a Money Mastery for Life Affiliate. I shall place primary emphasis upon and shall develop bona fide customers and Affiliates as a condition of my receipt of compensation. Net compensation entitlements under $10.00 shall be accumulated until the sum of $10.00 is equaled or exceeded at which point a commission check will be paid.
J. I understand that Money Mastery for Life does not and will not discriminate in acceptance or rejection of Affiliates because of race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Affiliate positions are open to all persons who faithfully demonstrate good business ethics, judgment, responsibility, and sincere desire to be a Money Mastery for Life Affiliate.
K. I agree that I will not repackage or relabel Money Mastery for Life products and I will not sell Money Mastery for Life products under any other name or label. I understand and agree that I will not create, duplicate, publish, or distribute any literature or materials representing Money Mastery for Life or its products without written approval. I further understand that trademarks and/or trade names of Money Mastery for Life may only be used as approved in writing by Money Mastery for Life.
L. I understand that this Agreement, including Policies and Procedures and Money Mastery for Life Compensation incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereon, and no other additional promises, representations, guarantees, or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless in writing.
M. All Affiliate, Customer and Area Coordinator names, data and lists are exclusively owned by Money Mastery for Life and may not be utilized by Affiliate for any purpose (other than furtherance of their Affiliate business) at any time during or after termination of Affiliate position, without the express prior written consent of Money Mastery for Life. Affiliate shall not seek to sponsor, nor sponsor, Money Mastery for Life Affiliates, Customers and Area Coordinators to any other marketing program except as to these personally sponsored enrolled by Affiliate.
N. I understand that I may not purchase product for redistribution outside of the Untied States and Canada without the express written consent of Money Mastery for Life.
O. I understand that falsifying information regarding customers, hostesses/hosts, or Affiliates is grounds for immediate termination.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on our website shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the appropriate law.
Subject to this, our liability to you in relation to the use of our website or under or in association with these terms and conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited as follows:
(a) to the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free-of-charge, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature;
(b) we shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage;
(c) we shall not be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, business, reputation, data, information or goodwill;
(d) we shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring out of any event or events that are beyond our reasonable control;
(e) our maximum liability in relation to any event or series of related events shall be limited to $1.
9. Indemnity
You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses, including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers, incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any condition of these terms and conditions.
10. Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem suitable to deal with the breach, including prohibiting you from accessing the website, suspending your access to the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
11. Variation
We may revise these terms and conditions on occasion. Such revised terms and conditions shall apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website. To ensure you are familiar with the current version please check this page regularly.
12. Assignment
We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
We do not permit you to transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
13. Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions shall continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part shall be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision shall continue in effect.
14. Exclusion of third party rights
These terms and conditions are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of our and your rights in connection to these terms and conditions is not to be subject to the consent of any third party whatsoever.
15. Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in regard to your use of our website, and supersede all prior agreements in respect of your use of this website.
16. Law and jurisdiction
I understand that this Agreement is governed under the laws of the State of Utah. The parties agree that any claim, dispute, or other difference between them shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at St. George, Utah. The Arbitrator may award, in addition to declaratory relief, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and compensatory damages, and shall award reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to the prevailing party. The decision of the arbitrator will be subject to enforcement in any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision shall not be construed so as to prohibit Money Mastery for Life from obtaining preliminary and permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Louisiana residents arbitrate at New Orleans, Louisiana.
